But now **Olli Kytömäki** - a researcher from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm Sweden - has published a licentiate thesis report on digitalization in the real estate sector. The report shows how the actors in the Swedish real estate innovation ecosystem are working towards digital innovations. Particularly, the focus is on the real estate owners’ activities, and on how industry associations, PropTech firms and other suppliers complement the work done in the real estate firms. The report provides an excellent overview of the current developments on digitalization in the sector, and can thus be an interesting read for anyone working in this environment. The report is freely available **[here](http://www.diva-portal.org/smash/record.jsf?aq2=%5B%5B%5D%5D&c=2&af=%5B%5D&searchType=SIMPLE&sortOrder2=title_sort_asc&query=Olli+Kyt%EF%BF%BDm%EF%BF%BDki+&language=sv&pid=diva2%3A1388705&aq=%5B%5B%5D%5D&sf=all&aqe=%5B%5D&sortOrder=author_sort_asc&onlyFullText=false&noOfRows=50&dswid=-9624)**, and should you have any questions about the report, you are welcome to contact the author by email: [olliky@kth.se](mailto:olliky@kth.se)   Photo taken by: Fredrik Persson   --- ![Image of PropTech Sweden](https://site.proptechsweden.org/hs-fs/hubfs/PropTech%20Sweden/PropTech%20Symbol_BLUE-1.png?height=150&name=PropTech%20Symbol_BLUE-1.png) ###### PropTech Sweden ## Related Posts ![](https://site.proptechsweden.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Mariell_Juhlin_farg-kvadrat-1.jpg?height=175&name=Mariell_Juhlin_farg-kvadrat-1.jpg) ### PropTech Swedens expert Mariell Juhlin hands-on expertise in digital t ![Image of PropTech Sweden](https://site.proptechsweden.org/hs-fs/hubfs/PropTech%20Sweden/PropTech%20Symbol_BLUE-1.png?height=70&name=PropTech%20Symbol_BLUE-1.png) ###### PropTech Sweden [experts](https://site.proptechsweden.org/blogs/proptech-pulse/tag/experts) [Read more](https://site.proptechsweden.org/blogs/proptech-pulse/proptech-swedens-expert-mariell-juhlin-has-hands-on-expertise-in-digital-transformation) ![](https://site.proptechsweden.org/hs-fs/hubfs/PropTech_December_2020/Images/Michael.jpg?height=175&name=Michael.jpg) ### Our expert Michael Thydell inspires construction companies to think ou – PropTech Sweden ![Image of PropTech Sweden](https://site.proptechsweden.org/hs-fs/hubfs/PropTech%20Sweden/PropTech%20Symbol_BLUE-1.png?height=70&name=PropTech%20Symbol_BLUE-1.png) ###### PropTech Sweden [experts](https://site.proptechsweden.org/blogs/proptech-pulse/tag/experts) [Read more](https://site.proptechsweden.org/blogs/proptech-pulse/our-expert-michael-thydell-makes-construction-companies-think-outside-the-box) [![PropTech Symbol_BLUE](https://site.proptechsweden.org/hs-fs/hubfs/PropTech%20Symbol_BLUE.png?width=100&height=100&name=PropTech%20Symbol_BLUE.png "PropTech Symbol_BLUE")](https://www.proptechsweden.org) Sweden Follow us on Facebook [Follow us on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/proptechsweden/) Follow us on Twitter Follow us on Instagram #### MEMBERSHIP - [Proptech](https://site.proptechsweden.org/proptech-membership) - [Property](https://site.proptechsweden.org/property-membership) - [Professional](https://site.proptechsweden.org/contact) #### Support - [Contact us](https://site.proptechsweden.org/contact) #### Insights - [News](https://site.proptechsweden.org/blogs/proptech-pulse) - [Event](https://site.proptechsweden.org/events) - [Membership login](https://www.proptechsweden.org/insights) #### Company - [Community](https://site.proptechsweden.org/meet-our-team) - [Team](https://site.proptechsweden.org/meet-our-team) - [Press](https://www.mynewsdesk.com/se/proptech-sweden) ### Bright ideas in your inbox Copyright © PropTechnology Sweden AB 2023.
