This month I would like to put my focus not on how the world is impacting us but how Sweden is impacting the world
This month we headed down to Cretech London to discover the latest innovations and trends.
It was there that we had some fantastic meetings with VC firms to discuss exactly how we can push getting our Swedish PropTech community on the map and were delighted to hear that the firms were already super impressed with what has come out of Sweden recently and were keen to see more from you all at PropTech Sweden!
After a number of discussions the number one tip I can give you is if you want to secure investment and benefit from their contacts and input is this;
have your international scale -up plan locked and loaded. This was repeated to us over and over again....
We can't reveal all yet but we have some exciting plans with various VCs for different levels of business. In the meantime if you are a start up start researching and clarifying exactly how you see your expansion internationally working. If you can do that well you could make a huge impact and secure yourself an internationally successful product rather than a national one.

Flowscape - Could there be a better time in history for hybrid workspaces? The time was ripe and they certainly had their international plan sorted. with offices now in UK, US and Sweden but with deals all over the world.

Minut have been around for a while but they are fantastic example of international expansion they are already big in The US and the UK alongside other countries but are continuing to expand as a dizzying pace with launches currently in Spain and Portugal.
